Thank you so much for the invitation to yesterday’s class in Aromatherapy/Relaxation.
I came away with the fact that I do not pay attention to my body (something you have said to me countless times.)

I’m always on the go and hardly ever get to stop and take care of myself. This
year I’m looking forward to doing just that, taking care of myself, thanks to you and
your help in getting my back well and overall drilling me on getting my self
well.

I strongly believe in life there aren’t any coincidences, meeting you
and having you as my wellness doctor was meant to be. With you on my side,
I’ll be back to my teenage years in a bit LOL...
